External Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter
The scraper type self-cleaning filter is a precision device that drives the scraper through the cylinder (reduction motor) to remove the impurities intercepted by the filter element and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. The water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, which is controlled by advanced intelligence (PLC). According to the pressure difference and time, the cleaning and sewage functions can be automatically turned on, with a high degree of automation.
Working Principle:
Liqud from the filter inlet flow, flow from top to bottom,filter element surface flow to the outet.When a certain amount of impurites are collected on the surface of the filter element, the scraper of the motor driven assembly calibrator rotates close to the surface of the filter element to scrape off impurities, and impurities gather in the collection chamber along with the dowrward liquid. When a certain amount of impurities are accumulated, the automatic blowdown valve opens to discharge the liquid containing high concentration of impurities, and the residual liquid can be recovered or discharged.
•Accuracy range 35-2000 microns.
•Can handle liquids with viscosities up to 800, 000 centipoise.
•The surface slit width is precise and the deviation is less than 5 microns.
• V-shaped gap,it is not easy to jam impurities, and maintain a stable flow for a long time.
•It can filter dificult impurites, such as sludge impurities, soft agglomerated impurites etc.
•High-strength structure, the gap will not be deformed when the pressure diference rises.
